If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a professional handling of your return or exchange request.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return Request
Log in to your Hasselblad account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to submit a formal return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original Hasselblad packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials to ensure the product remains in mint condition during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition at our regional service center, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
